A. Purpose
This card is used by General Members to confirm membership information and/or request placement on the Voting Members Roll, in accordance with the Church Bylaws.
By proceeding, you are confirming your information or requesting Voting Member status and affirming eligibility requirements.
Each person must complete their own card.
B. Eligibility for Voting Membership
To be a Voting Member, you must:
- Be a General Member (having confessed Christ, agreed with church doctrine and covenant, completed orientation, and been recorded on the roll).
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be listed as Active (not Inactive).
- Not be under church discipline affecting voting privileges.
- Submit this Registration Card or the online equivalent.
C. Commitment
